This  comprehensive program aimed at improving the capacity and effectiveness of community-based organizations (CBOs). It includes activities such as conducting surveys to assess existing CBOs and community initiatives, providing technical assistance to CBOs in developing clear vision, mission, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), defining board member roles, conducting needs assessments and market analysis, and generating project ideas. Additionally, the program offers training in project management, financial and procurement cycle management, proposal writing, and basic monitoring and evaluation for CBOs to enhance their capabilities.
