Project

the project’s main objective is to address the urgent humanitarian emergency in North East Syria (NES). It aims to provide critical Protection and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) assistance to the affected population, with a specific focus on the most vulnerable groups and individuals living in Deri Zor district within Deri Zoe Governorate. The project seeks to safeguard the rights, safety, and well-being of the population, offer MHPSS services to those experiencing psychological distress, and tailor its support to the unique challenges of the area.


Services Provided:

  1. Holistic case management services for marginalized individuals.
  2. Providing Psychosocial Support (PSS) services to vulnerable men, women, boys, and girls.
  3. Offering Mental Health (MH) services, including individual counselling by a psychologist, to vulnerable men, women, boys, and girls.
  4. Conducting outreach and awareness-raising activities about protection issues within the community.
  5. Providing referral support to connect individuals in need with appropriate services and resources.
  6. Facilitating women’s skills-building activities, including sewing, knitting, and literacy programs, to empower women and enhance their self-reliance and economic well-being.
