NUTRITION RAPID RESPONSE TO DISPLACEMENT IN AL-HASAKEH

Project

This project aims to provide immediate nutritional support to internally displaced people affected by military operations in the areas of Tal Tamer and Al-Hasakeh. Its primary focus is on addressing acute malnutrition and preventing its exacerbation among the displaced population, with a particular emphasis on vulnerable groups such as children and pregnant or lactating women. By deploying rapid response teams, conducting assessments, implementing screening and treatment for malnutrition cases, offering nutrition education, and ensuring the supply of therapeutic foods, the project seeks to enhance the overall health and well-being of those in need during this critical period of displacement and crisis.
