حول IPV

IPV  هو اختصار لعبارة Innovative and Powerful Vision،

نشأت في سوريا عام 2016. بدأت كمجموعة من الناشطين، وظهرت استجابة لاحتياجات المجتمع ونشطت في شمال شرق سوريا.

.منظمة غير ربحية مرخصة في فرنسا وإربيل وشمال شرق سوريا . يشمل عملنا قطاعات التعليم والصحة والتغذية والحماية والأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش والمياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية. نحن نستخدم أساليب متكاملة لتلبية الاحتياجات الإنسانية العاجلة وتطوير قدرات الأفراد من خلال برامجنا الإنسانية.

المجالات الرئيسية للمسؤولية المنوطة بالمنصب

المسؤوليات:

إجراء فحوصات دورية شاملة على الأطفال حديثي الولادة والأطفال الصغار للتحقق من صحتهم ونموهم البدني الطبيعي وتسجيلها.

فحص الأطفال المرضى لتحديد حالتهم والوصول إلى تشخيص مستنير بناءً على المعرفة العلمية والتاريخ الطبي الفردي.

فحص وعلاج الاضطرابات والأمراض وإحالة المرضى الصغار إلى أطباء من تخصصات أخرى عند الضرورة.

مراقبة فعالية العلاجات للمرضى الأطفال.

إعلام المرضى وأسرهم بخيارات العلاج المتاحة.

تقييم وتحديث التاريخ الطبي للمرضى الأطفال.

إجراء الجراحات الصغرى غير التدخلية عند الحاجة.

وصف وتفسير الفحوصات المخبرية المناسبة للحصول على مزيد من المعلومات عن الأمراض أو الاضطرابات المحتملة.

وصف الأدوية وإعطاء تعليمات مفصلة للإدارة.

نصح الآباء بشأن النظام الغذائي للأطفال والالتزام بخطة التطعيم والتدابير الوقائية من الأمراض.

إعداد تقارير يومية وشهرية أو حسب متطلبات المشرف.

الالتزام بمعايير العنف ضد المرأة وقواعد السلوك والمساءلة والنزاهة والخدمة.

المؤهلات والخبرة

بكالوريوس الطب مع استكمال الإقامة في طب الأطفال.

خبرة عمل كطبيب أطفال لمدة سنتين على الأقل.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• القدرة على البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التقنيات الطبية.
• اتخاذ قرارات قوية وحل المشكلات والمهارات التحليلية.
• مهارات الاتصال النشط والقدرة على شرح المصطلحات الطبية للمرضى بشكل فعال.
• مهارات العمل الجماعي والقيادة والتنظيمية الجيدة.
• خبرة عملية وتشخيصية متميزة في طب الأطفال.
•  تحمل عالي للمسؤولية.

About IPV:  

IPV is short for Innovative and Powerful Vision (IPV), which originated in Syria in 2016. Beginning as a group of activists, IPV emerged in response to the community’s needs and has been active in Northeast Syria. IPV is a non-profit organization licensed in France, ERBIL, and Northeast Syria (NES). Our work encompasses the Education, Health & Nutrition, Protection, Food Security and Livelihoods, and WASH sectors. We employ integrated approaches to address immediate humanitarian needs and develop the capacity of individuals through our humanitarian programs. 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY: 

• Conduct regular thorough examinations on newborns and young children to check and record their health and normal physical development.
• Examine sick children to determine their condition and reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and individual medical history.
• Examine and treat disorders and diseases and refer the little patients to physicians of other disciplines when necessary.
• Monitor the effectiveness of treatments for pediatric patients.
• Inform patients and their families about available treatment options.
• Evaluate and update the medical history of pediatric patients.
• Perform non-invasive medical procedures when necessary.
• Prescribe and interpret appropriate lab tests to gain more information for possible infections or abnormalities.
• Prescribe medications and give detailed instructions for administration.
• Advise parents on children’s diet, adherence to the vaccination plan, and disease preventive measures.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports or as required by the supervisor.
• Adhere to IPV standards and codes of conduct, accountability, integrity, and service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

1. A Bachelor of Medicine, Residency in pediatrics.
2. two years’ experience working full-time as a pediatrician.
3. The ability to keep updated on the latest medical technologies.
4. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
5. Active communication skills and the ability to effectively explain medical terms to patients
6. Good teamworking, leadership, and organizational skills.
7. Outstanding practical and diagnostic expertise.
8. High responsibility tolerance.
