IPV  هو اختصار لعبارة Innovative and Powerful Vision،

نشأت في سوريا عام 2016. بدأت كمجموعة من الناشطين، وظهرت استجابة لاحتياجات المجتمع ونشطت في شمال شرق سوريا.

.منظمة غير ربحية مرخصة في فرنسا وإربيل وشمال شرق سوريا . يشمل عملنا قطاعات التعليم والصحة والتغذية والحماية والأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش والمياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية. نحن نستخدم أساليب متكاملة لتلبية الاحتياجات الإنسانية العاجلة وتطوير قدرات الأفراد من خلال برامجنا الإنسانية.

المجالات الرئيسية للمسؤولية المنوطة بالمنصب

المسؤوليات:

فحص وتشخيص وعلاج أمراض وإصابات الجهاز العضلي الهيكلي.
وصف مسار العلاج للمرضى الذين يعانون من إصابات أو اضطرابات أو تشوهات.
إجراء وإشراف الرعاية المباشرة للمرضى، بما في ذلك بعض خيارات العلاج غير الجراحية.
تقديم خدمات الاستشارة للمرضى.
إعداد التقارير اليومية والشهرية أو حسب متطلبات الإدارة.

المؤهلات والخبرة

بكالوريوس طب
إكمال الإقامة في الجراحة العظمية
خبرة لمدة عامين في العمل بدوام كامل كجراح عظمية

المهارات المطلوبة:

• القدرة على مواكبة أحدث التقنيات الطبية.

   

• المرونة في العمل لساعات غير منتظمة والبقاء على اتصال بالطوارئ.

   

• مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات والتحليل.

   

• مهارات الاتصال النشط والقدرة على شرح المصطلحات الطبية للمرضى بشكل فعال

   

• مهارات العمل الجماعي والقيادة والتنظيم الجيدة.

   

• خبرة عملية وتشخيصية متميزة.

About IPV:  

IPV is short for Innovative and Powerful Vision (IPV), which originated in Syria in 2016. Beginning as a group of activists, IPV emerged in response to the community’s needs and has been active in Northeast Syria. IPV is a non-profit organization licensed in France, ERBIL, and Northeast Syria (NES). Our work encompasses the Education, Health & Nutrition, Protection, Food Security and Livelihoods, and WASH sectors. We employ integrated approaches to address immediate humanitarian needs and develop the capacity of individuals through our humanitarian programs. 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY: 

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries to the musculoskeletal system.
• Prescribe course of treatment for patients with injuries, disorders, or malformations.
• Conduct and supervise direct patient care, including some non-surgical treatment options.
• Provide consultation services for patients.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports or as required by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

1. A Bachelor of Medicine
2. Completion of a residency in orthopedic surgery
3. 2 years’ experience working full-time as an orthopedic surgeon
4. The ability to keep updated on the latest medical technologies.
5. The flexibility to work irregular hours and remain on emergency call.
6. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
7. Active communication skills and the ability to effectively explain medical terms to patients
8. Good teamworking, leadership, and organizational skills.
9. Outstanding practical and diagnostic expertise.
