دور المنصب

 دور المرشد هو مساعدة المتدربين في برنامج التدريب في كافة أنشطته، ومراقبة العملية وتقييم العمل بالإضافة إلى تطوير مهارات المتدربين في إدارة أعمالهم.

حول IPV

IPV  هو اختصار لعبارة Innovative and Powerful Vision،

نشأت في سوريا عام 2016. بدأت كمجموعة من الناشطين، وظهرت استجابة لاحتياجات المجتمع ونشطت في شمال شرق سوريا.

المجالات الرئيسية للمسؤولية المنوطة بالمنصب

• المسؤوليات:

التوجيه بشأن طلب المنح:

فهم العملية: مساعدة المتدربين على فهم آلية طلب المنحة، بما في ذلك معايير الأهلية ومتطلبات التوثيق والمواعيد النهائية.

صياغة اقتراح قوي: مساعدة المتدربين في تطوير مقترحات منح مقنعة توضح بوضوح أفكار مشروعهم وميزانيتهم ​​والنتائج المتوقعة.

تخطيط وإدارة المشروع:

تحديد أهداف قابلة للتحقيق: العمل مع المتدربين لتحديد أهداف واقعية وقابلة للقياس للمشروع.

إنشاء جدول زمني: تطوير جدول زمني للمشروع لضمان الاستخدام الفعال للوقت والموارد.

إدارة الميزانية: تقديم التوجيه بشأن الميزانية وتتبع النفقات وضمان استخدام الأموال بشكل مناسب.

الدعم الفني:

تقديم الدعم الفني والمساعدة في حل المشكلات عندما يواجه المتدربون صعوبات في مشاريعهم.

تسهيل الاتصالات مع خبراء الصناعة أو المحترفين الذين يمكنهم تقديم المعرفة أو الموارد المتخصصة.

تنمية المهارات:

التدريب على ريادة الأعمال: تقديم التدريب على المهارات الريادية، مثل التخطيط للأعمال والتسويق والإدارة المالية.

تنمية المهارات الشخصية: مساعدة المتدربين على تحسين مهارات الاتصال والعمل الجماعي والقيادة.

المراقبة والتقييم:

تتبع التقدم: مراقبة تقدم مشاريع المتدربين بانتظام (مع جميع مكونات الإدارة ذات الصلة)، وتقديم الملاحظات، والإشراف على الجولة الأولى من الإنتاج.

تقييم فعالية المنح الصغيرة في تحقيق النتائج المرجوة وتحديد مجالات التحسين.

فرص التواصل:

التواصل مع محترفي الصناعة: تعريف المتدربين بمحترفي الصناعة ذوي الصلة أو شركاء الأعمال والعملاء المحتملين.

بناء العلاقات: تسهيل فرص التواصل لتوسيع شبكات المتدربين المهنية.

المؤهلات والخبرة

1.  شهادة جامعية.
2. الخبرة ذات الصلة.
3. مهارات قيادية وشخصية، مع خبرة في الإشراف على المتدربين ودعمهم.
4. القدرة على المشاركة والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة.
5. إتقان مجموعة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس وخاصة برنامج إكسل.

LOCATION: Northeast Syria – Deir ezzor -alkasra district

CONTRACT LENGTH: 4 Months

ROLE PURPOSE: 

The role of the mentor is to assist trainees in the training program in all its activities, monitor the process and evaluate the work in addition to developing the trainees’ skills in managing their businesses.

About IPV:  

IPV is short for Innovative and Powerful Vision (IPV), which originated in Syria in 2016. Beginning as a group of activists, IPV emerged in response to the community’s needs and has been active in Northeast Syria. IPV is a non-profit organization licensed in France, ERBIL, and Northeast Syria (NES). Our work encompasses the Education, Health & Nutrition, Protection, Food Security and Livelihoods, and WASH sectors. We employ integrated approaches to address immediate humanitarian needs and develop the capacity of individuals through our humanitarian programs. 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY: 

1. Guidance on Grant Application:

Understanding the process: Help trainees understand the grant application process, including eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and deadlines.

Crafting a strong proposal: Assist trainees in developing compelling grant proposals that clearly articulate their project ideas, budget, and expected outcomes.

2. Project Planning and Management:

Setting achievable goals: Work with trainees to establish realistic and measurable project goals.

Creating a timeline: Develop a project timeline to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Budget management: Provide guidance on budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring funds are used appropriately.

3. Technical Support:

 Offer technical support and problem-solving assistance when trainees encounter difficulties in their projects.

Facilitate connections with industry experts or professionals who can provide specialized knowledge or resources.

4. Skill Development:

Entrepreneurship training: Provide training on entrepreneurial skills, such as business planning, marketing, and financial management.

Soft skills development: Help trainees improve their communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

5. Monitoring and Evaluation:

Tracking progress: Regularly monitor the progress of trainees’ projects ( with all related admin component ) , and provide feedback, and supervise the first round of production . 

 Assess the effectiveness of the micro grants in achieving the desired outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

6. Networking Opportunities:

Connecting with industry professionals: Introduce trainees to relevant industry professionals or potential business partners and customers.

Building relationships: Facilitate networking opportunities to expand trainees’ professional networks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

1. University degree.
2. Relevant experience.
3. Leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in supervising and supporting trainees.
4. Ability to engage and collaborate with beneficiaries.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
