The Education Facilitator is responsible for delivering quality non-formal or remedial education sessions, supporting students’ learning, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. The role contributes to improving access to education, enhancing literacy and numeracy skills, and promoting positive learning outcomes for children and youth.

Deliver structured lessons and activities based on provided curricula or learning plans.

Coordinate with education and protection teams for referrals and integrated activities.

Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, or a related field (preferred).

شهادة جامعية في التربية أو العلوم الاجتماعية أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل)

At least 1–2 years of teaching or facilitation experience.

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التدريس أو التيسير.

Experience in working with children and youth, preferably in humanitarian or educational settings.

Strong classroom management and facilitation skills.

Knowledge of child-centered and participatory teaching methodologies.
