حول IPV

IPV  هو اختصار لعبارة Innovative and Powerful Vision،

نشأت في سوريا عام 2016. بدأت كمجموعة من الناشطين، وظهرت استجابة لاحتياجات المجتمع ونشطت في شمال شرق سوريا.

المجالات الرئيسية للمسؤولية المنوطة بالمنصب

: المسؤوليات

إجراء فحوصات دورية وشاملة للمواليد الجدد والأطفال الصغار للتحقق من صحتهم وتطورهم الجسدي الطبيعي وتوثيق ذلك بدقة

فحص الأطفال المرضى لتحديد حالتهم الصحية والوصول إلى تشخيص دقيق مستند إلى المعرفة العلمية والسجل الطبي لكل حالة.

تشخيص ومعالجة الاضطرابات والأمراض، وتحويل المرضى الصغار إلى أطباء من تخصصات أخرى عند الحاجة

متابعة فعالية العلاجات المقررة للمرضى الأطفال وضمان ملاءمتها لحالتهم

إبلاغ المرضى وعائلاتهم بخيارات العلاج المتاحة وتقديم التوجيه اللازم

تقييم وتحديث التاريخ الطبي للمرضى الأطفال بشكل منتظم

إجراء العمليات الجراحية البسيطة غير التداخلية عند الضرورة

وصف وتحليل الفحوصات المخبرية اللازمة للحصول على معلومات إضافية حول حالات العدوى أو الشذوذات المحتملة

وصف الأدوية المناسبة وتقديم إرشادات مفصلة حول كيفية استخدامها

تقديم النصائح للوالدين بشأن النظام الغذائي للأطفال، والالتزام بجدول التطعيمات، والإجراءات الوقائية من الأمراض

إعداد تقارير يومية وشهرية، أو حسب ما يطلبه المشرف المباشر

الالتزام بمعايير منظمة IPV ومدونة قواعد السلوك المهني، بما في ذلك النزاهة، والمساءلة، وجودة الخدمة

: المؤهلات والخبرة

درجة البكالوريوس في الطب

إنهاء فترة الإقامة (الاختصاص) في طب الأطفال

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل كطبيب أطفال بدوام كامل

القدرة على مواكبة أحدث التقنيات والتطورات الطبية

مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرار، وحل المشكلات، والتحليل الطبي

مهارات تواصل فعالة والقدرة على شرح المصطلحات الطبية للمرضى وعائلاتهم بطريقة مبسطة وواضحة

مهارات متميزة في العمل الجماعي، والقيادة، والتنظيم

كفاءة عالية في المهارات العملية والتشخيصية

تحمل عالٍ للمسؤولية وضغوط العمل

• About IPV:  
• IPV is short for Innovative and Powerful Vision (IPV), which originated in Syria in 2016. Beginning as a group of activists, IPV emerged in response to the community’s needs and has been active in Northeast Syria. IPV is a non-profit organization licensed in France, ERBIL, and Northeast Syria (NES). Our work encompasses the Education, Health & Nutrition, Protection, Food Security and Livelihoods, and WASH sectors. We employ integrated approaches to address immediate humanitarian needs and develop the capacity of individuals through our humanitarian programs. 
• KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY: 
• Conduct regular thorough examinations on newborns and young children to check and record their health and normal physical development.
• Examine sick children to determine their condition and reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and individual medical history.
• Examine and treat disorders and diseases and refer the little patients to physicians of other disciplines when necessary.
• Monitor the effectiveness of treatments for pediatric patients.
• Inform patients and their families about available treatment options.
• Evaluate and update the medical history of pediatric patients.
• Perform non-invasive medical procedures when necessary.
• Prescribe and interpret appropriate lab tests to gain more information for possible infections or abnormalities.
• Prescribe medications and give detailed instructions for administration.
• Advise parents on children’s diet, adherence to the vaccination plan, and disease preventive measures.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports or as required by the supervisor.
• Adhere to IPV standards and codes of conduct, accountability, integrity, and service.
• QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

1. A Bachelor of Medicine, Residency in pediatrics.
2. two years’ experience working full-time as a pediatrician.
3. The ability to keep updated on the latest medical technologies.
4. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
5. Active communication skills and the ability to effectively explain medical terms to patients
6. Good teamworking, leadership, and organizational skills.
7. Outstanding practical and diagnostic expertise.
8. High responsibility tolerance.
