الهدف من الوظيفة

The purpose of an Out-of-School Children (OoSC) Education Teacher is to provide educational opportunities and support to children not currently enrolled in formal schooling. This includes delivering tailored non-formal education programs, addressing barriers to attendance, creating inclusive learning environments, and engaging with communities to promote education. The teacher also offers psychosocial support, monitors educational progress, prepares children for formal education, and advocates for their right to quality education, ensuring they have the opportunity to learn and thrive.

يتمثل دور معلم تعليم الأطفال غير الملتحقين بالمدارس في توفير فرص تعليمية ودعم للأطفال غير المسجلين حاليًا في التعليم النظامي. ويشمل ذلك تقديم برامج تعليمية غير نظامية مصممة خصيصًا، ومعالجة العوائق التي تحول دون انتظامهم في الدراسة، وتهيئة بيئات تعليمية شاملة، والتفاعل مع المجتمعات المحلية لتعزيز التعليم. كما يقدم المعلم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، ويتابع التقدم التعليمي، ويُهيئ الأطفال للتعليم النظامي، ويدافع عن حقهم في الحصول على تعليم جيد، لضمان حصولهم على فرصة التعلم والنمو.

المهام والمسؤوليات

– Deliver structured and engaging math lessons across grade levels.

– Teach arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and pre‑calculus.

– Use various instructional strategies to support active learning.

– Integrate digital tools and math applications to enhance learning.

– Communicate lesson objectives clearly.

– Develop lesson plans, unit plans, and pacing guides.

– Prepare assessments (quizzes, exams, projects, oral assessments).

– Provide constructive feedback to support student progress.

– Maintain accurate gradebooks and student progress records.

– Establish a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

– Apply effective classroom management strategies.

– Support students’ academic and emotional needs.

– Participate in professional development workshops and training.

– Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and school activities.

– Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.

– Uphold child safeguarding and school protection policies.

– Support Extracurricular Arabic-related events (cultural days, competitions).

متطلبات الوظيفة

– Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Math Education, or a related field.

– Teaching certification preferred.

Experience | الخبرة

• Minimum of 2–3 years teaching Math to middle or high school students.
• Experience with curriculum development is an asset.
• Previous work with NGOs or community‑based structures is an asset.

Other Requirements | متطلبات أخرى

• Strong knowledge of INEE standards, safeguarding, and PSEA principles.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
