IPV هو اختصار لـ (Innovative Powerful Vision). تأسست في سوريا عام 2016 على يد مجموعة من النشطاء المخلصين، وقد كانت IPV تخدم المجتمع في سوريا بنشاط. بصفتها منظمة غير ربحية مسجلة في فرنسا وأربيل وسوريا، تشمل مجالات تركيزنا الرئيسية التعليم والصحة والتغذية والحماية والأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش، وكذلك قطاعات المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة. يعتمد نهجنا على دمج استراتيجيات متنوعة لتلبية الاحتياجات الإنسانية الفورية وتمكين الأفراد من خلال برامجنا الإنسانية.

الهدف من الوظيفة

The PSS Facilitator will support the implementation of Education activities with a strong focus on structured and recreational PSS interventions for children and adolescents. The role aims to strengthen learners’ emotional well‑being, resilience, and positive coping skills by delivering appropriate, safe, and inclusive PSS sessions in learning spaces, schools, or community centers. The PSS Facilitator will also contribute to awareness sessions for caregivers, identification of vulnerable cases, and referrals following established protection pathways.

سيدعم مُيسِّر الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي تنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية مع التركيز بشكل خاص على التدخلات النفسية والاجتماعية المنظمة والترفيهية للأطفال والمراهقين. ويهدف هذا الدور إلى تعزيز الصحة النفسية والاجتماعية للمتعلمين، وقدرتهم على التكيف، ومهاراتهم الإيجابية في مواجهة التحديات، وذلك من خلال تقديم جلسات دعم نفسي واجتماعي مناسبة وآمنة وشاملة في أماكن التعلم، أو المدارس، أو المراكز المجتمعية. كما سيساهم مُيسِّر الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي في جلسات التوعية لمقدمي الرعاية، وتحديد الحالات المعرضة للخطر، وإحالة الحالات وفقًا لآليات الحماية المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Conduct structured PSS sessions using approved curricula and tools (e.g., SEL, psychosocial curriculum, life skills packages).
• Facilitate recreational, creative, and play‑based activities that promote children’s emotional safety and social well‑being.
• Adapt activities to the age, ability, and needs of different learner groups, ensuring inclusivity of children with disabilities.
• Create a safe, supportive, child‑friendly environment during all sessions.
• Maintain daily attendance sheets and session reports.
• Identify children showing signs of distress, behavioral changes, or protection concerns and report to the CP focal point for follow‑up.
• Ensure timely referral of vulnerable children to specialized services following the organization’s referral pathway.
• Respect confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding standards always.
• Provide psychological first aid (PFA) when necessary, in line with training and protocols.
• Conduct awareness sessions for caregivers on positive parenting, child well‑being, safe learning environments, and stress management.
• Support community outreach campaigns related to education, safety, and well‑being.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents, community representatives, and school staff.
• Complete all required tools: session plans, attendance, pre/post assessments, and monitoring forms.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Education Officer/Coordinator.
• Contribute to needs assessments, focus group discussions (FGDs), and feedback collection.
• Support MEAL teams in monitoring visits and implementing accountability activities.
• Coordinate daily with education and protection teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Participate in internal training, team meetings, and capacity‑building workshops.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders (schools, community centers, local partners).

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field is an advantage.

Experience | الخبرة

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children and youth in educational, psychosocial, or humanitarian settings.
• Experience facilitating group activities (recreational, SEL, PSS) is essential.
• Previous work with NGOs or community‑based structures is an asset.

Other Requirements | متطلبات أخرى

• Strong knowledge of INEE standards, safeguarding, and PSEA principles.

  • معرفة قوية بمعايير INEE ومفاهيم الحماية وسياسات منع الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسي (PSEA).

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

• Ability to travel and work under pressure.
