Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic professional to fill a unique dual role within our organization. This position is split equally (50/50) between overseeing the quality and delivery of our remedial education programs and serving as the primary focal point for all media-related activities. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong background in education management and media relations, capable of bridging our programmatic work with public engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Remedial Education Supervisor (50%)

• Program Oversight: Supervise the planning, implementation, and monitoring of remedial education programs for target beneficiary groups.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure teaching methodologies, curricula, and learning materials for remedial classes are effective, context-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards.
• Staff Support: Train, mentor, and support remedial education instructors and tutors.
• Student Progress Monitoring: Track and analyze student data to assess learning outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend program improvements.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on program progress, challenges, impact, and budgetary needs for internal and donor review.
• Coordination: Liaise with education staff, school officials, and community stakeholders to ensure program alignment and effectiveness.

1. Media Focal Point (50%)

• Media Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries; build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality multimedia content (success stories, press releases, social media posts, photos, short videos) showcasing program impact.
• Brand Management: Ensure all communications and materials follow IPV branding and messaging guidelines.
• Visibility & Advocacy: Develop and implement media strategies to increase public awareness of the organization’s mission and education initiatives.
• Internal Communications: Support internal newsletters, announcements, and communication tools.
• Crisis Communication: Assist in managing sensitive communications under the guidance of senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Journalism, International Development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in education program management, specifically in remedial, accelerated, or catch-up learning programs.
• Demonstrable experience in media relations, content creation, and public communications.

Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong training and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in digital media tools (social media, basic graphic design, photography/videography).
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and data presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and balance two functional areas.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively within diverse teams.

ملخص الوظيفة

نبحث عن موظّف/ـة يتمتّع بمهارات تنظيمية عالية وديناميكية لشغل وظيفة مزدوجة تجمع بين الإشراف على برامج التعليم التعويضي وتمثيل المنظمة كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للإعلام. تُقسَم الوظيفة بنسبة 50% للإشراف التعليمي و50% للمهام الإعلامية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

أولاً: مشرف التعليم التعويضي (50%)

• الإشراف على البرنامج: متابعة تخطيط وتنفيذ ورصد برامج التعليم التعويضي للفئات المستهدفة.
• ضمان الجودة: التأكد من فعالية المناهج وطرق التدريس والمواد التعليمية ومواءمتها للسياق والمعايير التربوية.
• دعم الكادر: تدريب وتوجيه ومتابعة المدرّسين والمعلمين التعويضيّين.
• متابعة تقدّم الطلاب: تحليل بيانات الطلاب لتقييم مخرجات التعلم وتحديد الفجوات واقتراح حلول.
• رفع التقارير: إعداد تقارير تفصيلية حول التقدّم والتحديات والأثر والاحتياجات المالية.
• التنسيق: التواصل مع فريق التعليم والمدارس وأصحاب المصلحة المحليين لضمان انسجام البرامج وفعاليتها.

ثانياً: نقطة الاتصال الإعلامية (50%)

• العلاقات الإعلامية: تمثيل المنظمة في التعامل مع وسائل الإعلام وبناء علاقات فعّالة مع الصحفيين والجهات الإعلامية.
• إنتاج المحتوى: إعداد محتوى إعلامي مرئي ومكتوب عالي الجودة (قصص نجاح، منشورات، بيانات صحفية، صور، فيديوهات قصيرة).
• إدارة الهوية البصرية: ضمان التزام جميع المواد الإعلامية بسياسات وهوية منظمة IPV.
• رفع مستوى الظهور: إعداد وتنفيذ خطة إعلامية تسهم في تعزيز حضور المنظمة ورسالتها التعليمية.
• الاتصال الداخلي: دعم إعداد النشرات الداخلية وإعلانات الموظفين وأدوات الاتصال.
• الاتصال في الأزمات: دعم الإدارة في التعامل الإعلامي خلال الحالات الحساسة وفق التعليمات.

المؤهلات والخبرة

المؤهل العلمي:

• بكالوريوس في التعليم، الإعلام، الصحافة، التنمية الدولية، أو تخصص مشابه.
• يفضَّل حملة شهادة الماجستير.

الخبرة:

• خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات.
• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة برامج تعليمية (تعليم تعويضي، تسريع تعلم، برامج دعم تعليمي).
• خبرة في الإعلام وإنتاج المحتوى والتواصل العام.

المهارات:

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• قدرة على التدريب والتيسير.
• إجادة استخدام أدوات الإعلام الرقمي والتصوير والتصميم البسيط.
• مهارات قوية في التحليل وكتابة التقارير.
• قدرة على إدارة الأولويات والمهام المتعددة.
• حساسية ثقافية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متنوع.
